Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs, reach, bend, and climb.

• Regular, predictable attendance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Windows 7 operating system.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal and external customers with excellent service at all times.
• Treat people fairly, consistently, and with respect.

• Use professional language and conduct with customers, vendors and staff.
• Educate non-member customers about the co-op model and values.
• Inspect incoming deliveries and stock displays according to schematics.
• Cull short-date or low quality items and ensure proper labeling.
• Provide a friendly checkout experience and accurate receipts.
• Bag or assist with bagging and carry-out as needed.
• Maintain clean storage areas and rotate stock properly.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and follow policies.
