• Receive, stock, and replenish items; maintain clean displays.
• Prepare in-house deli foods following recipes.
• Operate dish machine and maintain sanitation in work areas.
• Follow safety and quality standards (OSHA, health dept, HAACP, COOL).
• Maintain communication with team and management.
