• Familiarity with Windows 7 operating system.

Responsibilities

• CUSTOMER SERVICE: Provide internal and external customers with excellent service at all times.
• Educate non-member customers about the co-op business model, mission, values, and advantages of cooperative ownership.
• RECEIVING, PROCESSING, AND STOCKING: Inspect deliveries for damage, expiration dates, and quality; stock displays and rotate items.
• FRONT END SERVICES: Provide a friendly, welcoming checkout experience and accurate sales receipts.
• LOCATION DUTIES: Maintain carts, clean spaces, monitor temperatures, and perform opening/closing procedures.
• COMMUNICATION: Attend staff meetings and maintain open lines of communication with customers.
