Rosecrance Behavioral Health in Rockford, IL is seeking a dedicated Unit Specialist to support clients with substance use disorder through counseling, case management, and coordinated activities in a safe therapeutic setting.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement recovery-oriented plans, deliver educational sessions, and ensure accurate documentation while upholding compliance and compassionate care.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CADC or licensed in Illinois as LSW or LPC preferred within 2 years.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct counseling and supervise clients, using appropriate interventions.
• Coordinate individual sessions to assist with treatment plans.
• Deliver lectures for clients, parents, and community resources.
• Maintain client service records in accordance with laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with addiction counselors to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Assist with group activities and recreational scheduling.
