Job summary

Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services in Annandale, NJ seeks a Co-Occurring Specialist (CADC) to join an evidence-based program focused on integrated dual diagnosis treatment, housing support, and recovery-oriented care for adults with co-occurring disorders.

This full-time role runs Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00am–5:00pm, with a comprehensive benefits package. A Bachelor’s degree and CADC certification are required; Master’s degree is preferred and strong crisis intervention skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, counseling, psychology or criminal justice.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• CADC certification required.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Create a wellness and recovery-oriented environment using person-first language.
• Develop and implement the IRP and monitor progress.
• Provide housing support services including pre-tenancy and tenancy maintenance.
• Engage clients in treatment, crisis intervention, and recovery activities.
• Coordinate services with the team to ensure integrated care.
