• Master’s Degree preferred.
• CADC certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct services to individuals to secure and maintain housing.
• Develop integrated mental health and substance use treatment goals with the team.
• Coordinate services and provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Engage individuals in treatment and provide culturally competent services.
