Job summary

The Brien Center for Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services, Inc. is seeking a Direct Care provider for Keenan House North in Massachusetts. You will implement individual treatment plans, facilitate groups, and coordinate clinical services to residents.

You will document records, participate in meetings, and assist with aftercare and discharge planning while ensuring safety and adherence to regulations. A background in psychology or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient computer skills using web-based email and data entry into spreadsheets and word processing documents.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a wide variety of people.
• Knowledge of community services and how to connect residents to resources.
• Ability to write clear and concise reports for records and treatment planning.
• Ability to make independent decisions based on defined treatment goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the clinical supervisor, program manager, nurse, recovery supervisor, case worker and staff to assist Keenan House North residents with individual treatment plans.
• Implement individual treatment plans, facilitate groups and coordinate clinical services.
• Maintain residents records and up-to-date documentation.
• Make treatment recommendations and referrals as appropriate.
• Assist with aftercare and discharge planning.
