Job summary

Costudios is seeking a Community | Social Intern to help manage our social media presence. This part-time role is ideal for current college students passionate about social media, content creation, and online communities. You will draft and post content, monitor engagement, and gain hands-on experience in brand management. Opportunities for mentorship and skill development will be provided in a dynamic, creative environment. The intern will commit approximately 10 hours a week while balancing their studies.

CO/MEMBER ROLE: CO/mmunity | Social Internship

LOCATION: Remote

VENTURE/CLIENT: CO/STUDIOS

CO/STUDIOS is an independent venture studio that builds meaningful brands and companies by integrating creativity, entrepreneurship, and hands‑on leadership. Our interns work directly with operators, founders, and venture teams on real projects across growth, operations, and creative.

These internships are ideal for curious, proactive students or early‑career candidates who want hands‑on exposure to startups, brand‑building, and venture execution.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Community | Social intern to support our day‑to‑day social content and community engagement at CO/STUDIOS.

This is a hands‑on, entry‑level role designed for current college students who are interested in social media, creative content, and online communities. You’ll help bring our studio’s ideas and projects to life across platforms while learning how a creative studio builds its voice and presence over time.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
  • Assist in drafting & posting content across CO/STUDIOS social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc)
  • Support scheduling and organizing content
  • Monitor comments and messages, helping maintain an active and thoughtful presence
  • Help gather references, ideas, and inspiration for posts
  • Assist with simple visual or formatting tasks (templates, captions, light edits)
  • Track basic post performance and organize insights
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Current college student studying communications, media, marketing, or a related field
  • Strong interest in social media, internet culture, and content creation
  • Clear, concise writing skills and attention to tone
  • Organized and dependable, with the ability to follow through on small tasks
  • Familiar with platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Bonus: experience with Canva, Figma, or basic content tools

PROJECT COMPENSATION
  • Compensation: TBD
  • Payment Terms: To be defined in Member Agreement
  • Engagement Type: ~10 hours per week
NOTES & EXPECTATIONS
  • This is a part‑time internship designed for students balancing school and work (~10 hrs/week)
  • Member will collaborate with brand and editorial leads while working independently on assigned tasks
  • All CO/Members operate under the CO/STUDIOS Master Services Agreement (MSA)
