DIL HealthTech Ventures LLC is seeking a Co-Managing Partner to help launch and scale a healthcare, AI, and medtech focused venture firm. You will co-lead fundraising from LPs, family offices, and accredited investors, and shape the investment strategy while building a top-tier portfolio.

Remote role, ideally based in Silicon Valley / San Francisco Bay Area, with equity participation, carried interest, and long-term upside aligned to fundraising milestones and firm growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Partner, Venture Partner, Principal, Founder or Angel Investor.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead fundraising from LPs, family offices, and accredited investors.
• Structure and manage Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).
• Develop the firm's investment strategy and source deal flow.
• Conduct investment due diligence and lead investment committee discussions.
• Build relationships with founders, accelerators, universities, and strategic partners.
• Support portfolio companies with fundraising, hiring, and growth.
