Little Caesars in Mayfield, KY is seeking a Co-Manager to help drive customer satisfaction and restaurant profitability. You will supervise team members, ensure accurate orders and high-quality food, and uphold company policies and standards during opening, closing and daily operations.

This full-time role requires lifting and standing, flexible scheduling including some weekends, and a hands-on management style to coach staff and manage costs while maintaining a safe, clean dining environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in restaurant or retail with customer contact.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent with basic math skills.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve customers their complete, correct order within service time goals.
• Ensure high quality products are served as described in training materials.
• Maintain restaurant image and cleanliness per policies and health standards.
• Manage cash handling and ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Provide direction and coaching to Team Members to meet goals and standards.
• Assist with shift planning, training, and routine paperwork.
