Job summary

The Wendy's Company in Alabama is seeking a Co-Manager for a full-time, salaried exempt position in Woodland Village. You will lead the crew, hire and train staff, and assist the unit manager to operate the store for profitability and outstanding guest experiences.

Minimum qualifications include a college degree or equivalent operations experience and at least 1 year of line operations experience. The role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced restaurant
