Job summary

Pizza Inn in Sherman, TX is seeking a Co-Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and guest experiences. You will supervise team members, oversee recruitment, development, scheduling, forecasting, ordering, inventory, performance management, and reporting to drive service quality and financial results.

You will forecast sales, manage payroll, ensure food-handling compliance, and maintain a friendly, energetic atmosphere during peak periods. Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or customer service experience (at least 2 years).
• Prior supervisory experience (at least 1 year).
• High school degree, or equivalent.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Job description

The Co-Manager is responsible for the successful execution of the Pizza Inn experience through serving the guest in a team member capacity, directing team members, and overseeing all aspects of the operation, including recruitment, development, scheduling, forecasting, ordering, inventory, performance management, guest service, financial performance, and reporting.

Physical & Mental Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for periods of up to 11 hours
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate communication
• Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to team members and management
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel repeatedly over a long period of time
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
