As a Co-Manager, you will be a leader who plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store, primarily guided by the Store Manager. This role executes strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales, increase profitability, and implement marketing and promotional directives to increase sales and grow our existing customer base. You will be responsible for driving high store standards and conditions while fostering a positive team environment, developing associates of all levels to prepare them best to successfully obtain their career goals.
Frequently in an active environment (i.e., requires the ability to constantly move about) that can be physical or strenuous (frequently adjusting/moving items weighing up to 40 lbs.), may frequently use specialized equipment, may have exposure to dust and noise.
Occasionally requires the ability to work in place Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, which may change seasonally and in response to location-specific business trends or forecasts. All local, state, and federal laws are followed when evaluating your availability.
