The Learning Tree in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Co-Lead Twos Teacher to guide and support two-year-olds in a nurturing, growth-focused environment. You will develop engaging activities and monitor developmental milestones alongside a team of educators.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in toddler education, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset, with CPR/First Aid preferred. Join our faith-based, family-centered program committed to excellent early childhood learning.

Qualifications

• EDU 119 or degree in early childhood or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with toddlers in a classroom/group setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
