Building-Blocks-Child-Care-Center,-Inc. is seeking a reliable Co-Lead Toddler Teacher to manage a classroom for ages 1-2.5, implement developmentally appropriate curricula, and collaborate with a co-teacher and specialists to ensure high-quality program delivery.

The role emphasizes leadership, strong organization, and communication, with a focus on fostering child development and family partnerships in a Washington state licensed setting.

Formación

• Must have1+ year lead experience in a preschool/kindergarten classroom or equivalent
• DCYF requirements and WAC references may apply
• 45 college quarter hours in ECE or CDA + relevant experience
• Equivalent education/experience considered with education plan agreement

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities
• Lead daily routines (meals, toileting, rest time, transitions)
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom
• Model positive guidance and effective communication with children
• Complete child assessments and participate in parent conferences
• Communicate regularly with families through daily interactions and updates
• Lead and support assistant teachers, aides, and volunteers
• Ensure licensing and Early Achievers standards compliance
• Complete required documentation and maintain records
• Create and implement curriculum aligned with early learning standards
• Maintain organized records and support staff development
