Job summary

Acquire4Hire LLC seeks an experienced Co-Lead Toddler Teacher (ages 1-2.5) to manage a developmentally appropriate classroom in WA. You will collaborate with a co-teacher, curriculum specialists, and families to ensure high-quality instruction and day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Preschool or Kindergarten classroom.
• Ability to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• Excellent oral and written communication with families.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities.
• Lead daily routines and manage classroom operations.
• Supervise staff and collaborate with co-teacher and specialists.
• Maintain safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment.
• Complete child assessments and participate in parent conferences.
• Communicate regularly with families about progress and concerns.
• Lead and coach teaching staff to maintain a strong classroom team.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
