On-Site/Hybrid: This part-time position is on-site during scheduled course weeks, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET, at a conference facility in Arlington, VA (Washington, DC area). The role supports about five week-long courses per year, roughly three in person and two delivered virtually. It also includes a one-day transition module each February, up to eight half-day executive sessions per year (virtual or at locations within the continental U.S.), and short follow‑on coaching sessions by phone or in person.
