What You’ll Own
  • Full GTM ownership: design the sales playbook, set targets, build pipeline, and iterate it in real-time.
  • Hands-on selling: run discovery, demo, and closing calls with C-suite & compliance leaders at banks, fintechs, and FIs.
  • Team creation & leadership: recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing SDR/AE pod as we grow.
  • Partnership & channel strategy: leverage existing relationships with core-banking, AML/KYC, and regtech ecosystems to accelerate deals.
  • Voice of customer: funnel market feedback straight into product and GTM experiments alongside the CEO & CTO.
What Makes You a Fit
  • Proven hunter: 7-10+ years selling SaaS or data solutions into regulated financial institutions with $1M+ annual quotas crushed.
  • Deep network: warm intros in banking, payments, or fintech compliance you can tap on week one.
  • Process architect: you’ve written outreach cadences, built dashboards, and scaled a repeatable sales engine from zero to double-digit ARR.
  • Player-coach: equally happy drafting a spreadsheet forecast, jumping on a 10-PM demo, or mentoring a first-time SDR.
  • RegTech fluency (bonus): experience with KYC/KYB, AML, fraud, or risk platforms earns extra credit.
  • US-based & startup-tough: you thrive in fast pivots, limited resources, and green-field opportunity.
