Already profitable, we are scaling rapidly and looking for a visionary sales leader to drive strategic client acquisition and revenue growth.
Role Overview
We’re seeking a director of sales to lead our business development efforts, close high-value deals, and build scalable systems for client acquisition. This is an equity-only role for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a startup environment and is passionate about transforming healthcare marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and wellness brands.
- Identify and close B2B deals with clients needing SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation services.
- Build and manage a lean, high-performing sales team (as equity grows or revenue permits).
- Collaborate with the founders and marketing team to refine the company’s value proposition and go-to-market approach.
- Represent the company in industry events, webinars, and virtual pitch meetings.
- Establish a predictable sales pipeline and CRM-based reporting structure.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to increase LTV and retention.
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of sales or business development experience in healthcare, SaaS, SEO, or digital marketing industries.
- Proven track record of closing deals with C-level decision-makers and healthcare stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of healthcare marketing, patient acquisition, and SEO concepts.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and with limited resources.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in an equity-based compensation model during the early stage.
