Job summary

iMasiv in SF Bay Area is seeking a Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder to lead real-time robotics perception, architecture, and product strategy, guiding the company from technology to market.

You will own the end-to-end tech roadmap, build the engineering team, and partner with the founder to raise the next round. This is a hands-on, founding role with equity and a modest cash stipend today.

Qualifications

• 10 years of engineering and R&D leadership at an early-stage company.
• Experience taking real-time perception/autonomy systems from zero to deployed.
• Proven ability to hire and lead exceptional engineers.
• Hands-on with on-prem edge deployment and no cloud data egress.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end technical roadmap from rig to production product.
• Build, mentor, and scale the engineering team for growth.
• Lead on-prem deployment with repeatable install-in-days workflow.
• Represent the technical voice in investor and customer diligence.
