Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities and ability to engage with a diverse group of students, families, faculty, and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with two other Co-Directors and the team to oversee the college counseling program.
• Serve as primary counselor to roughly 30 seniors and 30 juniors, guiding admissions, course selection, and essay work.
• Advise families on financing undergraduate education and athletic recruitment processes.
• Develop and deliver a four-year college counseling curriculum for Upper School students and families.
• Attend college visits, build relationships with admission officers, and engage in professional development.
