Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of delivery planning and execution experience.
• Experience orchestrating large-scale cross-team delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to facilitate complex, multi-stakeholder sessions that drive alignment and commitments.
• Strong dependency management across technical and non-technical boundaries.
• Skill in synthesizing delivery data into decision-ready narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to set operating standards and coach practitioners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Orchestrate multi-day discovery sessions, from scope definition through facilitation and follow-up.
• Partner with product and business leads to define planning scope, inputs, and representation.
• Facilitate cross-team alignment during discovery and planning, focusing on integration points and shared dependencies.
• Convert discovery outcomes into execution-ready artifacts, ensuring epics are well-defined and dependencies are mapped.
• Design and facilitate quarterly delivery planning sessions tailored to capability maturity and complexity.
• Broker dependency commitments during planning and execution, securing timelines and ownership.
• Maintain a live dependency view and run recurring reviews to surface risks early and drive resolution.
• Synthesize delivery progress into decision-ready intelligence for senior stakeholders.
• Lead risk and issue management, escalating cross-cutting risks with clear framing and options.
• Provide practice leadership, setting standards and coaching across workstreams.
• Continuously inspect and adapt culture, collaboration, and ways of working across initiatives.
