• Collaborate with the head coach to organize and manage team meetings, practices, and competitions.
• Attend and support students at local, regional, and state competitions.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages student participation and growth.
• Maintain communication with students and parents regarding schedules, expectations, and performance updates.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to the speech program, including record-keeping and competition registration.

The Park Rapids High School Fine Arts department is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Co Assistant Speech Coach for the upcoming seasonal speech competition program at Park Rapids High School.
