POSITION : Assistant Varsity Speech Coach

REQUIREMENTS:The Mille Lacs Raiders Co-op is seeking a dedicated Assistant Varsity Speech Coach to help lead our competitive speech program. The ideal candidate is an experienced educator or coach who can build a positive team culture, develop student speakers and guide the program to excellence at the conference, section and state levels. Assist the head coach to help develop and strengthen the overall program. This person must be able to work well with other members of the coaching staff and activities department to establish a consistent speech program that will benefit the students.

All applicants must have a valid coaching certificate or be willing to get certified through the Minnesota State High School League.
