Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Education, Theatre, or related field is preferred.
• Experience in public speaking, debate, or coaching is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide constructive criticism and encouragement to students.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for presentations and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead speech coach in planning and conducting practice sessions and workshops for students.
