Job summary

GOJO Industries in Ohio is seeking a CNS Technician I for 10-hour shifts on-site. You will clean, sanitize, and monitor production equipment, ensuring compliance with cGMP and safety policies. The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs and operate PLC/HMI and SAP systems.

Starting pay is $19.08 per hour, with bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior manufacturing experience and OSHA HAZWOPER certification are valued for success in this hands-on position.

Qualifications

• OSHA certified in HAZWOPER.
• Cleaning experience; able to work independently within a team.
• Manufacturing experience; mechanically inclined and able to use wrenches and hoses.
• On-the-job training to gain proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and prepare packaging equipment and hoses per established procedures.
• Inspect tanks, piping, valves for suitability.
• Transfer product from storage vessels to packaging equipment.
• Operate PLC/HMI and SAP to enter CNS Process Instructions.
• Perform chemical testing to verify detergent concentrations.
• Maintain cGMP documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with orientation and training of new employees.
