Job summary

GOJO Industries, LLC is seeking a CNS Technician I for the 12-hour B Team at the USA Lippman Campus. You will clean, sanitize, and monitor production equipment, ensuring compliance with cGMP and safety standards.

This onsite role requires ability to lift 50 lbs and work a rotating 12-hour schedule including nights. The role emphasizes operating SAP and PLC/HMI, performing routine quality checks, and supporting equipment readiness.

Qualifications

• OSHA certified in HAZWOPER
• Cleaning experience with ability to work independently within a team
• Manufacturing environment experience; mechanical inclination with tools

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and prepare packaging equipment and lines
• Inspect tanks, piping, valves, and equipment for usability
• Move product from storage vessels to packaging equipment
• Operate PLC/HMI systems for equipment operation
• Use SAP to enter CNS process instructions
• Perform chemical testing to verify detergent concentrations
• Maintain and verify cGMP documentation
