Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager for its Chemicals & Natural Resources practice in the United States. You will lead complex information security engagements across IT/OT environments, guiding client stakeholders and coordinating delivery with Accenture experts and partners.

Travel may be required to support client needs. You’ll apply deep CNR cybersecurity expertise to shape practical strategies for operational technology modernization, risk management, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing, developing, implementing, or managing cybersecurity solutions across IT/OT environments.
• 3+ years leading project teams or workstreams, including planning, delivery management, risk handling, and quality review.
• 3+ years delivering cybersecurity solutions for chemical/oil & gas/mining/agriculture sectors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to align security initiatives with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cybersecurity assessments, strategy workstreams, and implementation across IT/OT, cloud, and industrial control systems.
• Lead cybersecurity transformation workstreams focused on IT/OT convergence, network segmentation, threat detection, and identity management.
• Develop scalable cybersecurity solutions for OT modernization, cloud adoption, and digital supply chain services without compromising safety.
• Communicate findings and progress to client and Accenture stakeholders.
