Job summary

Community Hospital Corporation seeks a dynamic Chief Nursing Officer to lead Huntsville Memorial Hospital in Huntsville, TX. The CNO will oversee daily clinical operations, supervise staff, ensure appropriate competency and staffing, and promote high-quality nursing care under ANA standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating clinical programs, working with the CEO, and driving safe, patient-centered care while maintaining regulatory compliance and fiscal stewardship within a high-performing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; MSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure in Texas.
• Minimum 3 years of direct patient care in acute care.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day clinical operations of the facility.
• Promote quality nursing care per ANA standards.
• Plan, coordinate, manage and evaluate nursing programs.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
