Job summary

REDLattice, Inc. seeks a highly skilled CNO Developer to join our team and advance custom tools for next‑gen Computer Network Operations.

You’ll work across the software lifecycle, designing, implementing, and integrating data flows within CNO capabilities in Windows and UNIX environments. You’ll collaborate with engineers and researchers to move capabilities from design through development, testing, and readiness, contributing to mission-critical cyber solutions for national security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Programming experience with Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
• Experience developing in Windows and/or UNIX environments (Windows/VS/.NET; UNIX makefiles).
• Experience authoring technical documentation and participating in design/reviews.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Poly within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom CNO tools, techniques, and supporting software.
• Build and integrate end-to-end data flows and tasking into CNO capabilities.
• Develop software within Windows and/or UNIX environments.
• Apply systems programming to solve complex challenges across the SDLC.
• Participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews.
• Author and maintain technical documentation for tools and capabilities.
