Job summary

REDLattice, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNO Developer to design and build custom tools for advanced Computer Network Operations.

You will work hands-on across the software lifecycle, delivering end-to-end data flow and tasking within CNO capabilities, collaborating with highly technical teams to move from design to development and readiness. The role requires a strong programming background in multiple languages and platforms, plus a TS/SCI clearance with poly within 5 years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or 4 years of professional experience.
• Programming experience in Assembly, C, C++, Java, Perl, or Python.
• Experience developing Windows or UNIX applications with build tools.
• Experience authoring technical documentation.
• Experience participating in design, code, and software readiness reviews.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Poly within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom CNO tools, techniques, and supporting software.
• Build and integrate end-to-end data flows and tasking into CNO capabilities.
• Develop software within Windows and/or UNIX environments.
• Apply low-level and systems programming to solve complex challenges.
• Participate in design, code, and software readiness reviews.
• Author and maintain technical documentation for tools and capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to refine solutions.
