Navstar Inc is seeking a mission-driven CNO Developer to join our CNO team supporting national security missions. You will design and deliver low-level software tools, reverse engineer capabilities, and work with top talent in a collaborative environment on mission-critical programs.

The role requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph and strong Python or C/C++ skills, plus experience with networking, debugging, and secure coding practices.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required.
Full lifecycle software development experience.
Strong Python or C/C++ and TCP/IP networking skills.
Ability to design/implement low-level tools and document tests.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver CNO capabilities, tools, and applications.
Contribute to full software lifecycle including testing and debugging.
Troubleshoot and debug complex low-level software systems.
Collaborate with engineers and mission partners to ensure performance and security.
