Stolle Machinery Company - USA is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up and run Mazak CNC mills and lathes in our North Canton, OH facility. You will mount tools, fixtures, and workpieces with tight tolerances, monitor tooling and coolant, and adjust speeds to meet specifications.

You will measure critical dimensions, record production data, and maintain equipment and logs to ensure quality and efficiency on metal parts.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to machine metal workpieces.
• Mount and align tools, attachments, fixtures, and workpieces with precision.
• Monitor coolant flow and tool wear; adjust speeds and actions to match specs.
• Stop machine to change tooling or adjust workpiece placement as needed.
• Measure critical dimensions with precision instruments and log data.
• Maintain machine setup and production logs for quality control.
