Stolle Machinery Co, LLC is seeking a Horizontal CNC Mill Machinist (1st shift) in North Canton, OH to program, setup, and operate a CNC horizontal milling center. You will ensure quality and safety while maintaining records and supply levels.

The role requires programming capabilities with Mazatrol and Celos, setup and tooling adjustments, and close attention to tolerances using precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• Mechanical knowledge of machines, tools, maintenance.
• Keep up with technical publications and training.
• Knowledge of raw materials, processes, quality control and costs.
• Mathematics knowledge: trig, algebra, geometry and applications.

Responsibilities

• Program, setup, and operate a CNC Horizontal Milling Center from drawings.
• Measure finished workpieces with precision instruments to spec.
• Adjust tooling and machine parameters for product specs.
• Inspect for defects and sort defective pieces by type.
• Mount, align, and secure tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
• Monitor operation and record data; manage offsets and tooling changes.
• Review blueprints to determine machine operations and sequencing.
• Identify and address dull tools or abnormal machine sounds.
