Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Program, setup, and operate a CNC Horizontal Milling Center on metal workpieces.
• Maintain quality and safety standards while keeping records and supplies.
• Mount, align, and secure tools, fixtures, and workpieces on machines.
• Monitor machines, adjust tooling, and record operational data.
• Interpret blueprints and adjust offsets and sequences as needed.
• Identify and replace dull cutting tools; ensure proper lubrication and cooling.
