Job summary

TALENIQUE INC is seeking an experienced CNC Vertical Mill Operator to set up and run CNC mills, fabricating liquid resin castings into finished parts.

You will read blueprints, offset tools, monitor machine performance, and inspect parts with precision instruments. This role requires accuracy and the ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Read blueprints to verify part geometry.
• Basic shop math and measurement skills.
• Familiar with HAAS/Bridgeport/Fanuc equipment.

Responsibilities

Job description

This Company is a manufacturer of custom thermoset resin castings utilizing epoxy, urethane and silicone materials designed for highly dependable performance in hundreds of demanding applications and environments. This Company creates components for a wide range of industries including Semiconductor, RF Microwave and Medical.

The Company is looking to hire an experienced CNC Vertical Mill Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for operating 1 or more CNC vertical milling centers machining liquid resin castings into finished product.

CNC Mill Operator Primary responsibilities :

• Setup of machines.
• Operate machine to fabricate parts.
• Makes offset to the program and tool change as needed.
• Monitors for functional variations in machine or console unit and takes corrective action as prescribed.
• Checks parts for conformance to specification using various kinds of precision measuring instruments.
• Production of quality parts
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.

CNC Mill Operator Qualification :

• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a CNC Mill Operator running HAAS and/or Bridgeport 3 axis mill.
• Must be able to read blueprints.
• Possess basic shop math skills and have the ability to use a variety of hand tools, machine tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Familiar with Funuc controller desired
• Flexible, ability to work in a fast pace constantly changing environment.
  Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:30 - 4:00pm, 8 hours shift
  Salary Range: Up to $25 per hour based on experience
