Responsibilities include in-process inspection, tooling adjustments, and documenting production activity. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and collaboration to meet production schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with technical machining training.
• 3+ years operating CNC machines, preferably vertical boring mills.
• Ability to read blueprints and apply precision measurement techniques.
• Must obtain Siemens Energy equipment certifications (forklift/crane).
• English reading/writing; U.S. employment authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Vertical Boring Mills, install tooling and establish parameters.
• Read manufacturing drawings and process instructions to produce quality components.
• Perform in-process inspections and adjust tooling for tolerances.
• Load/unload and position workpieces with cranes and forklifts safely.
• Document production data and conduct basic preventive maintenance.
