Job summary

The Gund Company is seeking a Utility Operator I for the 3rd shift in Wisconsin. This full-time position offers an hourly wage of $23–$25 based on experience, plus a 20% shift premium.

You will operate vertical mills and other CNC equipment, perform manual assembly, inspect quality, and help maintain a safe, efficient production area. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent education.
• Strong basic math and ability to use measuring tools.
• Flexibility to work overtime and adapt to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Operate vertical mills and CNC equipment.
• Perform manual assembly using hand tools.
• Inspect products to meet quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Assist with troubleshooting and routine maintenance on machinery.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.
