Job summary

The Gund Company is seeking a Utility Operator I to join our team on the 3rd shift in Wisconsin. This full-time role supports production operations, fabricating parts to work order specs, and operating various CNC and non-CNC equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

You will perform manual assembly, use measuring tools, and assist with routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep production on schedule in a non-climate-controlled factory environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Strong math and ability to use measuring tools.
• Flexibility to work overtime or emergency production needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment such as vertical mills and CNC equipment.
• Perform manual assembly using hand tools and machines.
• Inspect products to ensure quality and customer standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Assist with troubleshooting and routine maintenance on machinery.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals.
