Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Franklin, MA seeks a skilled CNC Machinist Level II/III to operate Okuma lathes, read GD&T, and drive precise production runs with tight tolerances.

You will interpret blueprints, edit G/M codes, and verify parts with optical comparators and CMMs, while working with Fanuc/Okuma controls under limited supervision. Competitive hourly pay and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• CNC Machinist Level 2 or Level 3 capability.
• Hands-on experience with Okuma lathes; comfortable on Fanuc and Okuma controls.
• Fluency in GD&T and blueprint reading.
• Proven skill in CNC setup, changeover, and production run execution.

Responsibilities

• Own setup and operation of standard CNC lathes (Okuma).
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T to drive accurate, repeatable machining.
• Apply measurement best practices using hand tools, optical comparator, and CMM.
• Read and understand G- and M-code and make straightforward edits when needed.
• Handle complex setups using work instructions/guides while working under limited supervision.
