What You'll Do
Your Typical Day Will Include The Following
- Configuring and operating CNC lathe equipment to produce precise parts as per technical specifications.
- Interpreting complex blueprints and engineering designs to ensure conformity.
- Evaluating machine operations for peak performance and quality consistency.
- Conducting maintenance and addressing technical jams with aplomb.
- Inspecting final products to verify high standards and specifications.
- Organizing your workspace for efficiency and safety.

What We Seek
The Ideal Profile Includes
- A minimum of a high school diploma; additional technical training is advantageous.
- A robust 5+ year track record with CNC Lathes, especially valuable in aerospace settings.
- Familiarity with Mazak or Nakamura machines adds extra merit.
- A comprehensive grasp of CNC machining and tooling.
- Competence in blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Skillful use of measuring tools, such as calipers and micrometers.
- Meticulous attention to detail backed by strong analytical capabilities.
- Both an independent worker and a cooperative team member.
- Effective communication combined with a positive outlook.
