Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating Star Swiss CNC equipment.
• Blueprint literacy with strong GD&T comprehension.
• Hands-on experience with precision inspection tools.
• Bonus: exposure to four- and five-axis machining.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Star Swiss CNC machines.
• Execute medium to advanced setups efficiently.
• Install tooling, adjust offsets, and fine-tune programs.
• Load and run production to established manufacturing plans.
• Track tool wear and replace tooling proactively.
• Perform first-piece inspections and submit internal first articles to Quality.
• Verify part conformity using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, pin gauges, and related precision instruments.
