Ellison Technologies is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to support Southern Ohio customers. You’ll install, maintain, and repair CNC turning centers and related equipment across the local territory, with light training for users and collaboration with sales when needed.

You will travel locally, document every service case, and represent the company with professionalism and integrity on every visit.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC machining and turning centers experience.
• Comfortable troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Clear communicator capable of training users and supporting sales when needed.
• Committed to professionalism, ethical conduct, and meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service, new installs, and preventive maintenance across the local territory.
• Resolve customer issues quickly and thoroughly; provide light training on equipment use.
• Own each service case from start to finish, keeping records and technical docs current.
• Represent Ellison Technologies in a professional, ethical manner on every visit.
