Job summary

Owen Daniels is seeking an experienced CNC Turner to join its manufacturing team in Leicester, working on CNC turning machines and contributing to precision components for aerospace. The role requires setting and operating CNC turning machines, reading manufacturing instructions, and ensuring proper datum settings and tool offsets.

The position is permanent with night shift patterns Monday to Thursday, 18:00–06:00.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating CNC turning machines (at least 2 axes).
• Experience machining precision components in a highly regulated industry.
• Experience with aerospace exotic alloys preferred.

CNC Turner Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications

• Ability to set and operate CNC turning machines (at least 2 Axis)
• Experience machining precision components, within a highly regulated industry
• Well-versed machining with decent materials (ideally metals as they primarily use aerospace exotic alloys).
