£36,000 to £42,000 per annum
Permanent, Full Time

Noble Recruiting is working with a well-established business in Brentwood, Essex, to recruit an experienced CNC Turner for a permanent, full-time opportunity. This role is ideal for a skilled CNC professional with recent setting and programming experience who takes pride in precision engineering and enjoys producing high-quality work in a busy manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be confident operating lathes, turning machines and grinders, with strong technical understanding and a keen eye for detail.

Key Benefits

• £36,000 to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience
• Permanent, full-time position
• 4-day working week rota, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:15pm
• Alternative shifts may be discussed at interview stage
• Free parking on site

Duties will include

• Operating manual lathes, turning machines and grinders using Fanuc controls
• Setting and programming machinery to produce precision components
• Tool building and assembly
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Producing high-quality components to tight tolerances
• Carrying out routine machine maintenance
• Supporting the development and improvement of manufacturing processes

The successful candidate will need

• Recent experience as a CNC Setter/Programmer working with lathes, turning machines and grinders
• Programming experience using Fanuc controls
• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
• Strong attention to detail and precision
• Experience working with a range of materials, particularly metals
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures
• Own transport due to the location of the client site
