Job summary

Hydrasearch, a Dixon Group affiliate, is seeking a Tube Bender in Stevensville, MD. You will program, set up, and operate CNC tube bending machinery to produce both custom and production parts, with a focus on precision and quality.

The successful candidate will read blueprints, select tooling, document programs, and perform routine maintenance while collaborating with Production, Design, and QA teams. Minimum high school diploma and 3–5 years CNC tube bending experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of CNC tube bending programming experience.
• Proficiency with BendPro, VTube, SolidWorks or similar CAD/CAM software.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs for tube bending machines.
• Set up and operate CNC bending equipment and finishing tools.
• Ensure bends meet strict quality specs; adjust programs or tooling as needed.
• Identify and resolve issues in tube bending processes and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of programs, tooling setups, and bend instructions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tube bending equipment.
