Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience required.
• Strong experience in Milling, Turning, and/or Swiss environments required.
• Proficiency in CNC programming languages is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver structured CNC training.
• Provide hands-on coaching across Mills, Turning, and Swiss machines.
• Train on tooling, probing, GD&T, blueprint reading, and inspection techniques.
