Qualifications

• 5+ years with multiple punch/press and CNC equipment.
• 3+ years programming 3- and 5-axis machines (CAM or G-code).
• Strong measurement and tooling inspection experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and build prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate prototype parts, tools, jigs, molds, and holding devices from drawings.
• Operate CNC and hand tools to assemble, repair, and maintain tooling.
• Measure parts with calipers, micrometers, and gauges to spec.
• Design templates and drawings using CAD software to support production.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with teams and suppliers.
