Job summary

Trident Maritime Systems- Heavy Equipment Group is seeking a CNC Production Support Technician for their Rhinelander, WI team. The position involves maintaining organization and inventory control of the tool crib to support manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. This role ensures safe work practices, tooling readiness, and support for continuous production flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of machining, tooling, or manufacturing support experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of cutting tools, tool holders, inserts, and machining consumables.
• Experience with inventory control and tooling management systems preferred.
• Basic computer and record-keeping skills required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient tool crib area.
• Maintain accurate records of tool withdrawals, returns, repairs, sharpening, and inventory transactions.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to tooling organization and manufacturing efficiency.
