Responsibilities

• Produce quality work to prescribed standards with focus on meeting customer commitments on schedule and within budget.
• Follow written work instructions and maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety procedures.
• Properly use required PPE.
• Operate a variety of machining mechanisms and CNC equipment with understanding of tools, coordinates, and machining procedures.
• Study specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and sequence of operations.
• Measure, mark, and lay out stock for machining.
• Verify conformance of parts using measuring instruments.
• Inspect and test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
